IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD
THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA
M. Susheela Reddy – Appellant
Versus
Rakky Satyanarayana – Respondent

Mr. Prabhakar Sripada, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr. D. Devendar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners herein are the defendants in a Suit filed for perpetual injunction.

The impugned order is a non-speaking order.
