This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the action of the respondent authorities, frequently interfering the petitioners business of with the trade of whole sale and retail Business in Fire Works and Crackers in spite of having valid license and contrary to license that were issued under the form LE-3 of Explosives Rules, 2008, is arbitrary without jurisdiction, and ultra virus of powers 5th to 10th respondents and also violation of Article 19(G) of Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the trade of whole sale, and retail Business in Fire Works, and Crackers including licensed Godowns by the licenses in the license premises in respect of M/s. Bhavani Trading Company, Godown address in Sy.No. 551, Rampally, Kareemguda, Ranga Reddy District, T.S., (License No.E/HQ/AP/21/254 (E6355), Dt.23-09-2003), Vijay shah, S/o. Jaganath Shah, Godown address in Sy.No.604, Pudoor village, R.R. District, T.S., (License No.E/HQ/AP/21/525 (E28787) Dt.06-
