Rajasekhar, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Public Service Commission appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I I appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 to 5, Sri S. Bhoopal Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for State Residential Educational Society appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.6, 7 and 9 and Sri Bhanothu Hussain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.10 .
2. The petitioner approached this Court seeking prayer as under:
“…to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Memo No. 500/Principal/REIS/2016, dated 11-7-2023 rejecting the case of the Petitioner for appointment to the post of Principal (Schools) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and further set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the
