Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 11.07.2024, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondents to consider the said representation seeking to remove the names of the persons, who are no way concerned, in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.441/14, 452/10 & 452/15 admeasuring Ac.1-21 guntas, Ac.3-00 guntas and Ac.1-07 guntas respectively situated at Tekula Cheruvu Village, Burgampahad Mandal, Badradri-
