ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to cancel the patta granted in favour of the Petitioner in Survey No. 41/1 in an Extent of Ac.2.02 Gts in Nachupalli Village, Nasrullabad Mandal, Kamareddy District as illegal, null, void and arbitrary and to pass....”
2. Heard Sri K. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Srinivas Gangishetti, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of an extent of Ac.2.3350 gts in Sy.No.41/1 to 41/6EE situated at Nachupalli Village, Nasrullabad Mandal, Kamareddy District. The said land was assigned to the petitioner and a pattadar passbook was also issued by the revenue authorities and has been in possession and enjoyment of the said property.
