ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 10.03.2023 and his online application and for not initiating any action to delete the land admeasuring Ac.0-14 guntas each in Survey Nos.689/10/2, 689/12/2 & 689/14/2, in total to an extent of Ac.1-02 guntas, situated at Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Rangareddy District from the prohibited list, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation and online application for deletion of his property from the prohibited list.
