ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the impugned proceedings issued by respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Manikonda Municipality, vide letter No.3008/3009/2025/Rev/MNK dated 23.10.2025, whereby the application dated 11.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner for mutation/transfer of the properties in respect of PTIN No.1261212304 (Municipal No.6-38/201) and PTIN No.1261212305 (Municipal No.6-38/202) in her name was rejected.

The petitioner claims to be absolute owner of the entire second floor admeasuring 1800 square feet along with 257 square feet car parking area in the Ground Floor of Kohinoor Enclave built on Plot No.38 in Survey No.27 situated at Neknampura Village & Gram Panchayat, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (schedule property). It is stated that the petitioner acquired title to the schedule property by virtue of oral gift (Hiba) dated 10.03.2021 made by her grandmother viz., Mrs. Shaheen Begum, who acquired title to the property by virtue of the sale deed bearing document No.2301 of 2014 dated 09.05.2014.
