COMMON ORDER :

Writ petition No.5044 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief :

“...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the objection dated 15.02.2024 filed by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 and violative of Articles

14 & 300A of the Constitution of India.....”

Writ petition No.7128 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief :

“...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the illegal, high handed, malafide and contemptuous action of respondent Nos.3 & 5 as respondent Nos.2 & 4 in issuing pattedar passbooks No. T19130080883 & T19130081784 in favour of 6^th & 7^th respondents with Khata Nos.1547 & 60903 in violation of the order dated 12.01.2024 in W.P.No.1322 of 2024 and orde
