ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the action of the respondents in not deleting and continuing to retain the subject property in the prohibitory list maintained under Section 22 (a) of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and in the Dharani Portal and further not considering the grant of NOC (No Objection Certificate) in respect of Plot No.58 forming part of Sy.Nos.536, 537, 657 and 658 situated at Supritha Nagar, Manne Muthyalammakunta, Turka Yamja Revenue Village, Abdullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, irrespective of several representations including the representation dated 25.01.2025 made by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to delete the said plot from the prohibitory list in pursuance of the Memo No.15738/G1/2022 d
