The Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for violation and willful disobedience of the order dated 20.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2468 of 2022.

2. Heard Mr.Arvind Kumar Kata, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Rahul Reddy, Special Government Pleader for Government appearing on behalf of respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned proceedings vide Proc.No.P2/394/2011 dated 03.11.2025 were issued by respondent No.1 appointing the petitioner herein as Sweeper on Compassionate grounds and posted in erstwhile Gram Panchayat Madhira of Madhira Mandal now upgraded as Madhira Municipality in terms of G.O.Ms.No.118, Finance & Planning Department dated 18.08.1999 as against an existing clear vacancy, in the time scale of pay of Rs.19000-640-20920-660-22900-690-24970-720-
