ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner desire to withdraw this writ petition and filed a letter dated 18.11.2025 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition stating as under:-

“Sub: Regarding listing of W.P.No.21849 of 2025 in caption of Withdrawal.

Sir, It is bring to your kind notice that the above matter is pending for adjudication before this Hon’ble Court. As per instruction my client above writ petition settled out of court as such, my client requested me to withdraw the above writ petition your kind authority to take steps to get the matter listed at the earliest in appropriate court.

Hence, it is prayed that your kind authority may take steps to direct the posting section to list the above matter i.e.,21849 of 2025 at the earliest in withdrawal caption in the interest of justice”.

2. Granting permission as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
