ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in D.V.C.No.24 of 2024 on the file of learned V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at L.B.Nagar. 2. Heard Mr.M.P.K.Aditya, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial court.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted to pass appropriate orders.

5. Perused the record.

6. However, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the presence of the petitioners before the trial court is dispensed with provided that they are represented by a counsel before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall appear before the trial court whenever their presence is required during the course of trial.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
