1. Heard Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Md.Amer Ali, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in including the petitioner’s private property bearing Municipal D.No.19-2-17/21/1 to 3 (PTI No.1051927256), admeasuring to an extent 160 Sq.Yards, situated at Misrigunj, Hyderabad (hereinafter referred to as ‘subject property’) in the prohibited list without any basis and contrary to the record.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would further submit that originally the subject property belongs to one Mohd.Iqbal, who purchased the same vide Sale Deed No.557 of 1970 dated 04.05.1970 after obtaining permission vide File Nos.78/Open/19/70 and 213/41 dated 09.12.1970.
