ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Excise and Prohibition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent No.5 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.6 to 8. With their consent this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking following prayer:-

“…declaring the actions of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 in proposing to open a Wine/Liquor Shop No.27 in premises No.4-30/2, situated at SN Colony, Ramchandrapuram Village, Sanga Reddy District, Telangana as arbitrary and illegal on Order or Orders this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the Case…”

The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioners are residents of Ramachandrapuram Village, Sanga Reddy District and their houses are facing the National High Way No.65 leading from Hyderabad to Mumbai via Sanga Reddy.
