JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

1. Mr.M.Sandeep, Advocate, submits that Mr.K.Ravi Mahender, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/plaintiff has filed No Objection and is not representing the appellant anymore.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.6, 7,12 to 16, 19 to 22, 24 to 32 (defendants) submits that the appellant is enjoying an order of status quo passed on 21.05.2024 in an I.A. filed by the appellant which is supplemented by an order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 23.05.2024 clarifying the said order to afford protection to the appellant.

3. The appellant before this Court is the plaintiff, who filed a Suit vide O.S.No.47 of 2024 in the Court of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar (‘Trial Court’) in the year 2024, for perpetual injunction against the defendants
