ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, to take up and dispose of O.S. No.54 of 2017 expeditiously and in accordance with law.
2. Heard Ms. C. Jyotsna Devi, learned counsel representing Mr. S. Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the material on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision is filed being aggrieved by the inaction of the trial Court in keeping O.S. No.54 of 2017 pending without adjudication. He submits that the petitioner instituted the said suit seeking partition and separate possession. It is contended that despite the filing of the written statements by the defendants, the suit has remained stagnant without progress, thereby causing serious prejudice to the petitioner’s rights and interests. Learned counsel therefore prays that appropriate directions be issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated period.
