ORDER :

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief :

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in non-considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10- 03-2023 and non-initiating to implement the directions of the then Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District vide Lr.No.D/488/98, dated 29.05.1998 to regularize the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1-00 gts., in Survey No.132/1, which is situated Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by collecting the market value from the Petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 15, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner and to implement the directions of the then Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District vide Lr.No.D/488/98, dated 29.05.1998 to
