ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner to issue Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire record of GWOP No.23 of 2024 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dated 27.10.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 11 of CPC and requested to set aside the orders Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dated 27.10.2025, by granting permission to sell away the property of minors bearing No.8-2-684/1/3, Plot No.2, Bhavani Nagar, Temple Towers, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad consisting of Ground+ 2 floors.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that the petitioner without challenging the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in GWOP No.23 of 2024 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in civil proceedings by filing appeal or revision, has filed the instant writ petition seeking Certiorari and the same cannot be maintainable. If the petitioner has any grievance, he has to approach competent Civil Court by filing appropriate petition in civil proceedings and this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the instant writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India.

After hearing both sides and perusing the material on record, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking Certiorari against the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and the same is not maintainable. The petitioner can question the same before the competent Civil Court in appropriate civil proceedings by filing appeal or revision as per law, but not by filing writ petition. In view of the same, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable.

In view of the above findings, the writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach competent Court for challenging the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in GWOP No.23 of 2024 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
