O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction one more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent and his subordinate police officers in interfering with the Civil disputes relating to the Suit For Injunction Vide O.S. NO. 30 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nirmal and intimidating and harassing the petitioner and his family members to come to their office and keeping them for hours together and settle the dispute with the 5th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No. 4 and his subordinate police officers not to interfere with in any manner with the petitioners rights, or claims over their property and forthwith stop interfering with the Civil disputes relating to the Suit For Injunction Vide G.S. NO. 30 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nirmal and not to call or harass the petitioner in any manner and pass.......”
2. Heard Mr.Naresh Reddy Chinnolla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader raises no objection to the said submission.
5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
