With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in not considering the petitioners representation dated 08/02/2024 seeking compassionate appointment under the scheme for dependents of deceased employees, consequent on the death of his father Late Sriramula Rajesham, Ex-Asst.lineman, CESS Ltd., as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16, and 21 of the Constitution of India, and Consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to provide suitable employment to the petitioner under the compassionate appoint scheme, and to pass…”
