O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent police in not completing the investigation in Crime No. 1022/2016 dated 11.12.2016, 207/2017 dated 5.3.2017 and 309/2017 dated 11.04.2017 and not filing the charge sheet is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents police to complete the investigation and to file the charge sheet immediately in the interest of justice and to pass......”

2. Heard Mr.Pilladi Satyanarayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as respondent No. 3 failed to complete the investigation in Crime Nos. 1027 of 2016, 207 of 2017, and 309 of 2017, the present petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions.
