2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. I have heard Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, based on the petitioner’s report dated 12.04.2018, Crime No. 318 of 2018 was registered. However, after due investigation, a final report classifying the matter as “civil in nature” was filed on 27.08.2018 before the VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar. Thus, nothing further remains for adjudication, and dismissal of the petition is sought.

5. I have perused the material on record.

6. Having regard to the relief sought by the petitioner, the developments reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and the fact that the respondent police authorities have taken appropriate action within their domain, this Court is of the considered view that nothing further remains for consideration in this matter.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
