Heard Ms. Ganivada S.P.Durga Gayatri, learned counsel representing Sri Talluri Krishna Sankya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on record, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Sri T.Sharath, learned standing counsel for respondent No.3
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking amended prayer as under:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 to allow the Petitioner to complete the remaining 161 days of the internship period by exempting the official notification of amendments to regulations issued by the Respondent No 4/Dental Council of India (DCI) vide No. DE-87(1)- 2015 by considering the no objection letter cum internship extension letter dated 30.09.2025 issued by Respondent No.6 to the Petitioner and also by considering the petitioners pregnancy complications health issues and other unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19 pandemic and the petitioners firstborn childs health complications in the interest of justice and
