COMMON ORDER:

Transfer Criminal Petition No.128 of 2025 is filed by the petitioner to transfer C.C.No.553 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Godavarikhani, Peddapally District to any competent Court at Hyderabad or Secunderabad.

2. Transfer Criminal Petition No.129 of 2025 is filed by the petitioner to transfer DVC.No.323 of 2023 on the file of the learned First Additional Junior Civil Judge at Godavarikhani, Peddapally District to any competent Court at Hyderabad or Secunderabad.

3. Heard Sri Sunil Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent – State. Though notice served upon respondent Nos.1 to 6, none appeared on their behalf, in both cases.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a case under Section 498-A IPC and also a DVC case at Godavarikhani, as she was residing there at the time of filing the cases.
