O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner, aggrieved by the order dated 19.09.2025 passed by the learned Agent to Government, Bhadradri–Kothagudem District, in I.A.No.400 of 2025 in O.S. No. 377 of 2025, wherein the learned Agent to Government directed attachment of an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- lying in the petitioner’s Savings Bank Account No. 62010101461 at State Bank of India, Karunagiri Branch, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District.

2. Heard Mr.A.Raj Kumar, learned counsel, representing Mr.B.Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Rajshekar, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Government employee, and in the event the respondent succeeds, he would be entitled to recover the amount from the petitioner. However, the learned Agent to Government passed a cryptic order at the threshold, without giving an opportunity and without assigning any reasons, directing attachment of an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- lying in the petitioner’s bank account and the same is liable to be set aside.
