ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in entering the name of the respondent No.6 in the revenue records in respect of the land in Sy.No.190/1A (190) to an extent of Ac.2.01 ½ guntas, situated at Gaggupally Village of Armoor Mandal, Nizamabad District (hereinafter referred to as ‘subject property’) by deleting the name of the petitioner, in spite of the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.11.2021 and sought a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to restore the name of the petitioner by deleting the 2.
