ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Official Respondents in not incorporating the names of petitioners in revenue/Dharani records by issuing new pattadar passbook in their favour in respect of land in Sy.No.211, admeasuring Ac.2.00 gts each petitioner Nos.1 and 2, situated at Thottinondoddi Village, Ieeja Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District by deleting the names of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 from the revenue/Dharani records as illegal and arbitrary in violation of natural justice and consequently direct the official Respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners in revenue/Dharani Records in respect of land in Sy No.211, admeasuring Ac.2.00 each situated at Thottinondoddi Village, Ieeja Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District by issuing New pattadar passbooks to the both petitioners by deleting the names of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 from the revenue/Dharani records in the interest of justice…”
