This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action 2nd Respondent in not registering and dispose off the appeal of the Petitioners dated 20.06.2025 filed under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, is illegal, unconstitutional and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and inconsequence thereof to direct the 2nd Respondent disposed off the appeal of the Petitioners as expeditious as possible and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case…”
