Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the action of the respondents in not deleting and continuing to retain the subject property in the prohibitory list maintained under Section 22 (a) of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and in the ROR Portal and further not considering the grant of NOC (No Objection Certificate) for 1. Plot No.2 and 54 admeasuring 437 and 1066.7 square yards, 2. Plot No.57 admeasuring 1122 square yards, 3. Plot No.55 admeasuring 1067 square yards, 4. Plot No.49 admeasuring 1104 square yards, 5. Plot No.114 and

115 admeasuring 289 and 280 square yards, 6. Plot No.61 Western Part admeasuring 533.5 square yards, 7. Plot No.61 admeasuring 667 square yards forming part of Sy.Nos.536, 537, 657 and 658 (hereafter referred as “subject property”) situated at Supritha Nagar, Manne Muthyala
