O R D E R:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in suspending the petitioner from service vide proceedings 01/227(08)/2025-BHPL dated 17.04.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, and unjust, and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to reinstate ate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits, including back wages and to pass...”

3. Heard Sri Naresh Kumar Gorige, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Chandra Shekar, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation appearing for respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner was working as Conductor, he was placed under suspension vide impugned proceedings No.01/227(08)/2025-BHPL dated 17.04.2025, on the ground of absconding from duties. However,
