ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing electricity connections, line clearance and meters to the petitioners’ house bearing H.No.12-2-563/14/2, Gudimalkapur, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, despite payment of all required charges and sanction of estimate, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith provide power supply and necessary service connections to the petitioners’

premises.

2. Heard Dr. D. Kaval Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energy on behalf of Respondent No.1 and Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 of 2025, this Court by order dated 14.07.2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this
