O R D E R :

With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not regularizing the suspension period of the petitioner from 16.04.2021 to 24.02.2022 as on duty with full pay, arrears and allowances, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Heard Sri Venu Cheggam, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was working as MPHEO at PHC Mallial, Jagtial, he was placed under suspension vide proceedings dated 16.04.2021 and 16.08.2021, on account of the pendency of criminal cases, viz., C.C. No.2212 of 2019 and C.C. No.2186 of 2019, on the file of learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagtial. It is further submitted that the learned trial Judge acquitted the petitioner in the said criminal cases vide judgment dated 12.11.2024 in C.C. No.2186 of 2019 and judgment dated 14.02.2025 in C.C.
