O R D E R :

With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not regularizing the suspension period of the petitioner from 16.04.2021 to 24.02.2022 as on duty with full pay, arrears and allowances, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Heard Sri Venu Cheggam, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was working as MPHEO at PHC Mallial, Jagtial, he was placed under suspension vide proceedings dated 16.04.2021 and 16.08.2021, on account of the pendency of criminal cases, viz., C.C. No.2212 of 2019 and C.C. No.2186 of 2019, on the file of learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagtial. It is further submitted that the learned trial Judge acquitted the petitioner in the said criminal cases vide judgment dated 12.11.2024 in C.C. No.2186 of 2019 and judgment dated 14.02.2025 in C.C. No.2212 of 2019. Consequently, the petitioner’s suspension was revoked vide proceedings dated 24.02.2022 and he was reinstated into service. However, the respondents are not regularizing the suspension period from 16.04.2021 to 24.02.2022 as on duty and are not releasing full salary, arrears and allowance. As such, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.2 on 11.06.2025 requesting regularization of suspension period and release of salary. However, no action has been taken by respondent No.2 so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 11.06.2025, submitted by the petitioner, duly taking into account the judgments dated 12.11.2024 in C.C. No.2186 of 2019 and 14.02.2025 in C.C. No.2212 of 2019 passed by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Jagtial, and pass appropriate orders, within a stipulated period of time.

5. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that respondent No.2 will consider the petitioner’s representation dated 11.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 11.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner, duly taking into consideration the judgments dated 12.11.2024 in C.C. No.2186 of 2019 and 14.02.2025 in C.C. No.2212 of 2019 passed by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Jagtial, and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
