Heard Mr. V.Durga Nageshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Srinivas Rao Pachwa, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent No.2; and perused the material on record.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the subject property bearing H.No.3-4-1/2/A, admeasuring 151 square yards in Survey No.77, situated at Ramanthapur, Uppal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. The petitioner had been residing in Qatar. Neither the petitioner nor any person on his behalf has sold the subject property to respondent No.3. However, in the month of March 2025, while the petitioner was staying in Qatar, respondent No.3 demolished the house of the petitioner by throwing away her household articles; respondent No.3 also dumped her material in the month of March 2025 and started illegal and unauthorized construction in the subject property. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner lodged complaint dated 27.06.2025 before the concerned Police Station and also lodged complaint with respondent No.2 on 06.08.2025 to take action against respondent No.3 regarding the unauthorized construction,
