ORDER :

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and respondent No.5 in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 12.03.2025, 19.03.2025, 09.04.2025 and 12.05.2025 and the Bhu Bharathi Application dated 21.06.2025 (Appl. No. RS2500481706) and to direct the respondents to consider the above said representations and conduct an enquiry, rectify the revenue records and incorporate the petitioner’s name in respect of land measuring Ac.0-21 gts., out of Ac.0-24 gts., in Sy.No.272AA, Koheda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Rangareddy District and further restrain registration of any transaction concerning the said land pending such correction and disposal of this writ petition.
