Heard Dr. Kadiri Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. These writ petitions are filed seeking the following prayer:-
