This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Mahabubnagar Municipal Corporation, in passing the speaking order vide File No.G1/UC/4871/1/2025, dated 23.10.2025, subsequent to issue of show cause notice dated 08.10.2025, as illegal and unconstitutional, and consequently, to set aside both speaking order and the show cause notice.

2. Heard Mr. M. Govind Reddy, learned counsel, representing Mr. Dinesh Chakrawarty Kommi, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2; and Mr. Mahesh Mamindla, learned counsel for respondent No.3, and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned speaking order dated 23.10.2025 is in violation of principles of natural addressed in the name of the petitioner, it was served on the co-owner of the subject property.
