ORDER:

Heard Sri Eslavath Raju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.6 in passing the refusal order No.42/2025 dated 13.10.2025 in furtherance of the letter dated 30.10.2024 vide Lr.No.B/9363/2024 in respect of all the commercial Plot Nos.49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 57 and 58 of A and B Blocks, land admeasuring 450.00 square yards or 376.26 square meters (each plot having 50.00 square yards), in Sy.No.135 Part-2, situated at “Goutham Nagar Layout”, Edulanagulapally Village, under the city municipal limits of Tellapur Municipality, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, Telangana State in the prohibitory list under Section 22 (A) of Registration Act, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
