THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION NO.32280 of 2025

ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 2nd respondent. (a) in not adding of the contract service experience marks (4 marks) towards the contract service of Lab Technician rendered at Government Community Health Centre, Wardhannapet. Warangal District while considering the case of the petitioner as Lab Technician Grade-II pursuant to the Notification No.3 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024, (b) the action of 3rd respondent in not issuing experience certificate of Lab Technician post rendered by the petitioner from 01.12.2005 to 30.04.2007 at Community Health Centre, Wardhannapeta, Hanamkonda erstwhile Warangal District as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Article.14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, (c) direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as Lab Technician Grade-II by duly calculating the contract service experience mark
