O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, to declare the action of the 6th Respondent who is Sub-Inspector of Police, P.S.Chithapalli/5th Respondent in repeatedly and frequently interfering into peaceful possession and enjoyment of Petitioners land to an extent of Ac. 0.16 gts in Sy. No. 79/A/3 situated at Chinthapally Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District in spite of having submitted copy of order of this Honble Court in W.P. No.39859 of 2017, dated 06-12-2017 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and violation of guidelines of this Honble Court by order dated 24- 04-2014 in W.P.No.34137 of 2013 and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2-6 not to interfere in the Civil Dispute and further direct all the Respondents not to interfere into the Petitioners possession and enjoyment of the land to an extent of Ac. 0.16 gts in Sy. No. 79/A/3 situated at Chinthapally Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District.....”

2. Heard Mr.Pulla Rao Yellanki, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader raises no objection to the said submission.

5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
