ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 in registering a case against the petitioner in Crime No. 939 of 2017 on the file of the Vanasthalipuram P.S. Rachakonda District (Ranga Reddy District ) on that complaint made by the 5th respondent and also shifting the orphan Childrens who are the custody of the petitioners organization without issuing any prior notice or any intimation is illegal, arbitrary, and violation of Principals of Natural Justice and violation of Fundamental Rights Guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to hand over the orphan Children to the petitioner Organization and pass…”

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. Heard Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the crime was duly investigated and a charge sheet was filed, whereafter Calendar Case No. 135 of 2018 was taken on file by the Court of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District. Upon conclusion of trial, the accused was acquitted by judgment dated 26.06.2024. Hence, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter.

5. I have perused the material available on record.

6. The petitioner’s contention is that respondent No. 5, without any lawful basis, registered Crime No. 939 of 2017 against him. However, in view of the developments reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, since the proceedings culminated in acquittal, the grievance of the petitioner stands effectively redressed. Consequently, no further adjudication is warranted in this writ petition.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
