Mr. T. Ravi Kumar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Mr. Pattabhi Vemulapati, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.6 to 9.

ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

1. The petitioner claims to be the mother of the alleged detenue and seeks production of the alleged detenue who is her daughter/second child, who is illegally detained by the respondent Nos.7 and 8 (relatives of the respondent No.6). The petitioner also claims to be the wife of the respondent No.6.

2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.6 were in a live-in relationship and the respondent No.6 is presently married to another person.

respondent No.6 had three children. The first and second child i.e., a boy and a girl (alleged detenue) were voluntarily given by the petitioner to the respondent No.6. The third child is staying with the petitioner/mother. The male child/first child was brought up by the respondent Nos.
