ORDER:
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.427 of 2025 in Crime No.60 of 2025, wherein the allegations are for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 109(2), 61(2) of BNS r/w Section 190 of BNS.
2. Heard Smt. G.V.S.S. Sruthi, learned counsel for petitioner as well as Smt. Shalini Saxena, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1-
State.
