ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not considering the petitioner’s application bearing No. APLTG33AGA0002903, dated 05.07.2025 for grant of permission to dug a borewell in his agricultural land to an extent of Acs.5.14 ½ guntas in Sy.No.82/UU/2/2, situated at Hyderpur Village, B.Pochampally Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongiri District, as in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently, direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 to grant permission to the petitioner to dug a borewell in his land for the purpose of irrigating the agricultural land for cultivation and other appropriate reliefs.
2. Heard Sri D.Udit Narayan, learned counsel representing Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.5.14 ½ guntas in Sy.No.82/UU/2/2, situated at Hyderpur Village, B.Pochampally Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongiri District, having purchased the same through the registered sale deed bearing document No.148 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that in order to irrigate his land, the petitioner has made an application bearing No.APLTG33AGA0002903, dated 05.07.2025 before the respondent authorities seeking permission to dug the borewell in his land by paying the requisite fee. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, though the petitioner made application on 05.07.2025, so far neither the said application is rejected nor permission is granted to dug the borewell, and hence, he sought a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner’s application.

Land and Trees Act, 2002, the respondent authorities would consider the same in due course of time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and after perusing the material placed on record, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to examine the petitioner’s application bearing No.APLTG33AGA0002903, dated 05.07.2025 and after issuing notice to all the stakeholders and affording an opportunity of hearing to them, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
7. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
