ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ or order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus-
(i) declare the action of the respondents in not issuing order of appointment pursuant to the interview conducted on 25-12-2006 to the selected candidate as illegal and arbitrary.
(ii) consequently direct the respondents to appointment the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker of Muthapur Village, Ribbena Gram Panchayat, Mandal Bheemini, District Adilabad w.e.f. 1-1-2007, duly granting all other consequential benefits, such as back wages, continuity of service etc., (iii) and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. Heard Sri K Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. At the time of admission, this Court, by order dated 05.09.2007 in W.P.M.P.No.24145 of 2007, granted the following interim direction:
“In view of the same, there shall be interim direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker of Muthapur Village, Ribbena Gram Panchayat, Bheemini Ma
