ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narayanpet, to expedite and dispose of O.S.No.469 of 2022 within a time frame.

2. Heard J.Sham Sundar, learned counsel for revision petitioner. None appears for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for revision petitioner submitted that revision petitioner filed O.S.No.154 of 2021 for perpetual injunction on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Athmakur, and due to the reorganization of districts, O.S.No.154 of 2021 was transferred to the Court of Principal Judicial Civil Judge, Narayanpet, and renumbered as O.S.No.469 of 2022. It is further submitted that in spite of lapse of four years, trial has not commenced and requested this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously by fixing a time frame. It is also submitted that time frame of six months be fixed to dispose of O.S.No.469 of 2022 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narayanpet.
