ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“To issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus against the official respondents action in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 14.07.2025 in seeking equal distribution of payment of the land acquisition Ex gratia in taking over the unauthorized occupation land of the petitioners family jointly cultivated is being given to one brother only, the unofficial respondent No.4, instead of equal share given to all the other brothers P2 to P5 also, despite of written objections is totally illegal and unlawful and highly arbitrary apart from violation of the Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Consequently direct the respondents to make payments of Ex- gratia @ Rs.7,70,000/- per acre for the unauthorized occupation of the petitioners family jointly cultivated land by all brothers i.e., petitioners 2 to 5 and the unofficial respondent No.4 be given equally to each and every of the 6 brothers for the total extent of 6 acres of the unauthorized occupation land for its acquisition from petitioners family members being joint beneficiaries of the acquired land situated at S.

No.92 of Kurmidda village of Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as per the scheme vide No.LC3/313/2015-Kurmidda – Yacharam dated 16.04.2016 for establishing Green Pharmacity and further direct the official respondents to allot a plot of 126 square yards (one Gunta) for each acre land be given equally to all the brothers in addition to the ex-graia per each acre of land acquired and in the event if they are already given to respondent No.4 then recover the same and redistribute to all brothers equally ………”

2. Mr. D. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the official respondents have failed to consider his representation dated 14.07.2025, wherein he sought equal distribution of land acquisition ex gratia in respect of the unauthorizedly occupied land taken over from the petitioners’ joint family. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions.

3. Ms. K. Radha Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5, fairly admits that the petitioner’s representation dated 14.07.2025 is pending consideration before respondent No.3. She further submits that an appropriate direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the representation within a stipulated time frame.

4. I have perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner and the admitted pendency of the representation dated 14.07.2025 before respondent No.3, this Court finds it appropriate to direct expeditious adjudication of the same. Accordingly, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation dated 14.07.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and to communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner forthwith.

6. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

All miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
