ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to enlarge the petitioner, on bail, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.2825 of 2025 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. The brief facts of the case are that a complaint lodged by one Smt. Shravani, a government employee, who alleged that she was cheated by cyber fraudsters who induced her to invest in cryptocurrency through a fake website under the pretext of offering a part-time job. Believing their assurances, she transferred about Rs.13,33,712/- from various accounts belonging to herself, her family members, and friends.
