ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action on the representations of the petitioner dated08.06.2011, 30.11.2017, 14.03.2018 and 17.03.2025 for rectification of the revenue records pertaining the land in Sy.No.577 admeasuring Ac.1.32 guntas of Madutla Revenue Village, Malyala Mandal, Jagtial District (hereinafter will be referred to as ‘subject property’) and in wrongly recording other names in Dharani, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to rectify the revenue records and Dharani entries and record the names of the petitioners as pattadars in respect of the subject property.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is absolute owner and possessor of the subject property, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.2352 of 2008. Ever since the date of purchase, the petition
