ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 15.07.2025 requesting deletion of the entry of the petitioner’s private land from the prohibited property list in Dharani portal pertaining to Sy.No.26/Part, Jalpally Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to an extent of Acs.1.37 guntas, Ac.0.17 guntas and Ac.0.32 guntas (hereinafter will be referred to as ‘subject property’), as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to delete the subject land from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908.
