This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…i) to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No. 3 in not registering FIR on the complaint dated 9.10.2025 of the petitioners against respondents No. 5 and 6 and other residents of the 4th respondent i.e., M/s.
